HRSA is awarding $28.6 million to 10 grantees to support healthcare organizations create, enhance, or expand proof-informed packages and tactics to promote psychological health and nicely-becoming among the overall health workforce, together with their staff.

A different $68.2 million is currently being awarded to 34 grantees to support tailor-made evidence-informed instruction progress inside of healthcare and nursing instruction pursuits. This curriculum is aimed at cutting down burnout and endorsing resilience between health care learners, people, health care pros, paraprofessionals, trainees and community security officers such as firefighters, law enforcement officers and ambulance crew associates.
