Ryanair has launched its initial “invest in 1, get 1 free” sale in a bid to enhance flagging passenger figures.
Buyers who guide a flight right before midnight on Thursday for vacation up to December 14 on 1,600 routes will get a 2nd ticket at no added value.
The move follows the airline’s final decision to further minimize functions due to coronavirus vacation restrictions.
Its capability in October will be 40pc of 2019 degrees, compared with the 50pc it previously declared.
Ryanair chief government Michael O’Leary claimed need for upcoming bookings was awful.
“Into November and December our ahead bookings are managing at all-around 10pc – that’s about a quarter of the place they would typically be at this time of the calendar year,” he informed Sky News.
“We can’t rule out occupation losses but in Ryanair we’re definitely desperately doing work with our people to avert them.”
